The Miracle of Singing with Benny Hinn

In Las Vegas around 1992 I was asked to come and sing for Norvel Hayes who I had traveled with some.  This was a pretty big conference and many notable speakers and singers would be there.  To make a very long story short.  The conference was going well and Friday Morning I had sung during my scheduled spot and had finished my ministry.  When Norvel asked me to come up and sing before Benny Hinn preached.  I remember thinking I know of this man and his ministry.  The doors opened up and some 5000 people stood up and welcomed him in.

Pastor Benny then came and set beside me.  Norvel leaned over and asked Pastor Benny if I could sing before he preached.  Pastor Benny said that would be nice.  I remember when I got up to sing that an extra unction came over me.  I was singing "How Great Thou Art" I remember It was if I did not sing but something sang through me.  After the song was over pastor Benny got up to preach and made a comment young man you know the old songs but yet you have long hair.  That was all that was said.  He got up and preached a tremendous message and when he started to minister he called me up to sing while he ministered.  Pastor was ministering to people the all of the sudden he begins to tell the story of how God spoke to him on the plane.  He said the Lord told him he was going to meet a man and that man was going to be a great blessing to the body of Christ and he was to help him.  He said I was so excited that when we got to Vegas he called his secretary Nancy and related the story to her.  He then turned around to me and said, "that man is you Brent.  I remember being stunned; he then began to read my mail about my life and my parents.  He continued ministering and then turned around again and said, " I hope you are not busy this Sunday because I am going to fly you up to Orlando, and you are going to be my guest this Sunday.  Needless to say my life was changed.

We got to Orlando and had a great meeting Sunday morning.  Guess who the speaker was our modern day "Phillip" Rhinehart Bonke.  We went to his mom’s house for authentic Lebanese food.  That night I sang 6 songs and in the middle of the healing pastor Benny turned around and told me he was taking me to Europe with him.  He made me stand and sing while people laid money at my feet to pay for my trip.  This was also the first time I had ever been touched and knocked off my feet under the power of God.  I then went with pastor Benny and the team for 3 weeks all over the world sang for him and the crusades.  My life was touched profoundly and thus my ministry was launched that day.

I learned a great lesson that day when God is ready to use you He know where you are and how to get His will accomplished.  Please enjoy one of the songs that I sang for Pastor that Sunday Evening.

The great falling away

People think any revival is not coming. They refer to
2 Thess. 2:3 and tell about that a great falling away shall
come. But this falling away has taken place a very long time
ago. The entire Christendom was lead astray by false
shepherds and preachers, which preached false doctrines.
Since then, God's people have been slaves under many
churches and denominations. And the great falling away is
still today continuing. The great falling away is NOW!

Waiting for the great falling away is not needed. It began a
very long time ago. The topical are now the restoration of the
Assembly of God from the great falling away. Acts 3:21.
Revival is just this, all God's people must be released from
the great Babylon.

In the time of the apostles any church did not exist, and therefore
the word "church" occurs not at all in the Bible. Everywhere in
your English Bible where you see the word "church", it is a
translation error, it ought to be "assembly". Jesus did not build
any church.

I have five Bible translations in Swedish, (the oldest from 1703,
translated from the same original bible text as KJV). Nowhere in
these Bibles we can find the word "church" (kyrka). Nowhere in
the Bible we can find any hint of that the Assembly of God is
constituted of church systems and many religious organizations.

It is at least two Bible translations in English without the word
'church', (WEB) and (KJ3). Perhaps there are more such
translations, I do not know.

The Assembly of God is no Pentecostal church. Please, consider
what this expression "the Assembly of God" in the reality implies.
The Assembly of God must be the same as the Greek word
"ekklesia", and the Body of Christ. 1 Cor. 12:12-31.

Then it is easy to understand that this has nothing to do with the
Pentecostal Movement. Pentecostal churches have existed about
100 years, but the Assembly of God has existed ever since Jesus
baptized his first disciples by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit
gave them the new life in Christ so that they became born anew.
Then the Assembly of God was born. Since then, the Assembly
of God has lived here on the earth generation after generation.

The establishment of the first church took place in connection with
the great falling away. 2 Thess. 2:3. Since then, God's people have
lived in slavery under Satan's false doctrine about the Assembly of
God. We cannot use the word 'church' when we mean the Assembly
of God. Still to day, most Christians cannot see the difference between
the Assembly of God and the Church of Satan.

All churches have come into existence through religious fornication.
People have mixed God's word with false doctrines of evil spirits,
and so new churches appear.

In the free churches the world around
there are thousands of preachers
and bible teachers, but none can explain
what the Assembly of God is

Instead of Judging for or against the matter, why don't we seek to uplift each other? let's be gracious to each other so that our Father in Heaven will have mercy of us and may open our eyes to the truth.

Negative comments will always be there. If you love God and you know you are doing right and living His purpose in your life then don't fret and worry about skeptics. At the end of the day, we will all answer individually to our Creator. It will be a shame to be found wanting. I was there at that service in Las Vegas! I remember Bennie saying this to you! I came for a miracle, and I received it, on Saturday night.

Just let what some have said fall off like water off a duck's back! Most would not recognize the Holy Spirit if He visited them with a red hat on! Most are jealous of Bennie and will NEVER have services as he has! I am so blessed that you were blessed at those meetings!

you know brother, as i read through the comments most of them are very discouraging and speaking against norvel, you and benny hinn. As a singer myself I understand what a thrill that must have been. I have been in service with brother norvel many times and often played piano behind him or sang during his invitations and prayer lines. Although people are quick to judge, just know this, where God truly is, FRUIT will always follow. When I look at the life of benny or norvel i see FRUIT,,,sure benny has MISSED GOD a time or two we all know that by prophecies he has stated that have not come to pass. Although, we still sow into his ministry and believe in what he and brother norvel are doing because there ARE FRUITS!! Souls souls souls being saved by the thousands and millions. These people that have left you these comments about brother benny and norvel,, who are they?? :) Why havent we heard of them??? Where are their fruits???

I believe in the gifts of the Spirit including being slain in the spirit. Im in a prophetic ministry. But people in voodoo and other forms of occultism also experience falling under a power and healings ,aswell as exorcisms. The Bible says that before the coming of the Lord there will be a great falling away. Many will come in my name and say, did we not prophecie and cast out demons and perform all types of miracles in your name? And I will reply, depart from me you workers of iniquity I never knew you. This applies to most if not all the prosperity ministers. They rob the widows and orphans in the name of God, and live as millionaires off of God's money. They have their reward in full now! What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul?

Benny Hinn is a false prophet/apostle. He has made many FALSE prophecies from stage that have FAILED. He is fleecing God's flock and is an abomination to God AND is BLASPHEMING THE HOLY SPIRIT. He is being worshiped in place of God. AND you sir, are following this wolves footsteps. The money placed at your feet will be required of you on judgment day. Benny Hinn's "god" is MONEY. What did Christ tell the RICH young ruler who kept the law perfectly? SELL all that you have, give to the poor, and "COME FOLLOW ME".....NOT,...HORDE YOUR RICHES, steal from the poor, lie, extort, steal, et.al. ALL of these will be required of Benny Hinn on judgment day, those who follow(by example, such as becoming robbers of God too) this false prophet's blindness/madness will wind up in the pit with him!

I have seen the end time witnesses and they don't act like you they are as God States in Revelations Chapter 11 and they are very humble, and have said our time is soon, The Lord will then reveal all in all. fret not over what you see in many peoples lives, God will judge all of them, and the truth will be know, you seem to have people turned, how so if you are not as God has said, one day they shall meet up with you, and then I know God will show who for who.
